Shared Hosting MySQL Performance Improvements

We'll be making performance improvements to the MySQL server with configuration changes on our shared hosting servers which requires a restart of the MySQL service.

This will interrupt MySQL for a few seconds whilst the service is restarted.

We identified an issue which was causing intermittent instability on this host. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and have put in measures to prevent the issue reoccurring.
