cov-cp9 Migration in Progress

Following from the alert sent to affected customers, the cov-cp9 cPanel Shared Hosting upgrade migration is now in progress.

UPDATE: The Migration has been completed. If you have any issues please contact our support team. Customers previously on "cov-cp9" are now located on "web0" unless otherwise stated.

cp9 cPanel Server Maintenance

The "cp9" cPanel server will undergo a restart at 02:00 AM UTC Morning.

The interruption to service is estimated to be less than 60 seconds however due to the nature of the work, we are planning a 10 minute maintenance window.

We apologize for the late notice and for any inconvenience caused, the requirement for this type of last-minute maintenance is incredibly rare and not action we take lightly.

Shared Hosting MySQL Performance Improvements

We'll be making performance improvements to the MySQL server with configuration changes on our shared hosting servers which requires a restart of the MySQL service.

This will interrupt MySQL for a few seconds whilst the service is restarted.
