web0 - Server Restart

At 02:00 AM (UK TIME) on Saturday 24th February, we will be restarting the "web0" Shared & Reseller cPanel Server.

The expected interruption to service is less than 2 minutes.

We are opening a maintenance window of 1 hour for contingency purposes in the event of any unexpected issue arising.

Partial Network Issue

We are currently investigating an issue affecting partial incoming network connectivity to services from certain locations/ISPs.

UPDATE: Issues appear to have subsided, we are monitoring the performance and awaiting information of the root cause from the network carrier.

LON-HV1 Issue

We are investigating service unavailability for services on LON-HV1.

11:39 - This appears to have been a datacentre network connectivity issue affecting the rack that this server is located in. Services should be restored now.
