Shared Hosting Issue

We are investigating an issue with the shared hosting server (web0).

• Accounts have been live-sync'd to a backup server and service is currently restored.

Maintenance

Emergency Maintenance [LON1-Xeon VPS]

Unfortunately this server is suffering from a software fault and needs to be restarted in order to restore service. Affected customers have been recently informed of issues.

Customers choosing to remain on this host will be migrated to a new host server of matching specifications in London in the near future to avoid issues with this physical host.

Downtime

Emergency Maintenance [web0 - cPanel]

Unfortunately we have been alerted to a hardware fault on the server which requires emergency maintenance to prevent any unexpected downtime or unsafe shutdowns.
These types of incidents are very rare however we must carry out emergency maintenance in approximately 15 minutes time (19:45 UK Time - Monday 03rd June 2024).

We expect the impact to last approximately 10 minutes.

We are opening a maintenance window of 30 minutes for contingency purposes in the event of any unexpected issue arising.
